Congratulations to the Parramatta Jaguar Land Rover team for their remarkable achievement of winning the prestigious Retailer of the Year 2023/24 Commended Award.The Retailer of the Year award represents the pinnacle of recognition within JLRA, honouring those retailers and their dedicated teams who embody customer-first principles as the driving force behind their exceptional performance. By surpassing their peers, the Parramatta Jaguar Land Rover team has genuinely distinguished themselves. In a year that has been particularly challenging for our industry, it is crucial to pause and celebrate the genuine successes of the Parramatta Jaguar Land Rover. We thank all team members for their active participation in the Retailer of the Year competition and unwavering commitment.
We would also like to acknowledge the team’s outstanding accomplishments, including their attainment of Guild Membership rewards in the Bronze, Silver, and Gold categories. These achievements exemplify our determination to demonstrate to our customers and the network that we are under new management and here to stay.
The Parramatta team has demonstrated remarkable progress and resilience in recent years. From a second to last ranking in 2020-2021, they climbed to second place the following year and eventually secured the top spot in 2021-2022. In 2022-2023, they maintained their excellence by securing the second position. In 2023-2024, they continue to shine as the undisputed leaders. This consistent success has allowed us to identify areas within our business that require improvement. While the Retailer of the Year award is a testament to our collective efforts, it also serves as a valuable tool for evaluating and enhancing different aspects of our operations.
Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that achieving the Bronze award is no small feat, considering the vast pool of talented professionals across 41 retailers throughout Australia who share similar roles. Those who have received this recognition have undoubtedly demonstrated something extraordinary, unique, and innovative in their approach.
